"What a great value for all you get! We stayed here on the way north along the Coast, and were attracted to reserving this room, based on the online description of the light show. We were not disappointed at all - the facility is great! Walking down to the beach after sunset was pretty amazing, with the lower lawn area lit up quite tastefully. The room was clean and well-appointed with all we needed. We found the bed to be very comfortable. I had a chance to visit the hot tub, which is also clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely be back again soon."

"They guy who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for a place to get clam chowder at, the Boat House. It was excellent. And the other desk staff were extremely wonderful. The woman on Saturday gave great instructions on making a vanilla latte coffee and it was great. The 3 people we came into contact were really pleasant and accommodating."

"My wife and I had a very positive stay at the BW Inn at Face Rock recently, celebrating our anniversary. From the check in process to the incredible cleanliness of the hotel grounds / hotel room, we were very impressed during our stay. The service response was exceptional! We had a noise issue with our heater in the hotel room. The next day the hotel front desk sent a tech repairman -Houston- and he fixed the problem without further noise or incident. We also had a mechanical problem with our vehicle the next day. The hotel promptly contacted the service tech, Dirk, who kindly helped jump start our vehicle. The breakfast was also very impressive in its quantity, quality and service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A true 1st rate class in service excellence. "
